Make your birthday unforgettable with a high-energy party at our gym! Our cheer, dance, and tumbling parties are packed with excitement, featuring:

Tumbling Fun – Flip, roll, and cartwheel in a safe and supportive space.

Our experienced coaches ensure a fun, active, and memorable celebration for all ages.

We Offer CND Birthday Parties each Friday afternoon starting at 4:30pm till 6:30pm and Saturday mornings, starting 9:30am till 11:30am.

Details:
When: Each Friday 4:30pm till 6:30pm (2 hours), Saturday 9:30am till 11:30am.
How Much: $300 including the first 11 guests & 1 birthday celebrant. Birthday celebrant receives a CND Birthday Cheer Bow
Provided: CND Birthday Coach and Birthday Party host. Decorated party room at CND Gym. Covered table.
What to bring: Each birthday party will have a different focus and in the past families have brought party food and drink, birthday cake and party favours (no knifes are kept at the gym at any time).
